ILO Celebration of the League's 90th Birthday, which is Februrary 14, 1920.
March 2, Board Meeting and Book discussion, Jean Cherdack's, 141 Harding Road. We are reading The Forever War, by Dexter Filkins. Please join us. We will probably begin discussion of the book around 2:30, but you are welcome to join the Board meeting as well.
Our Glen Rock LWV would like to put together several celebrations over the next year to celebrate the League's 90th birthday. It is important the town know we exist and what our accomplishments have been over the years. If you have any Glen Rock League boxes, papers, etc stored in your attic or basement, please let me know. If you have any ideas on how we can celebrate and get out the word, or if you have any memories of past GRLWV endeavors, let me know as well. If we put our collective memories together, we might actually remember something!!
